What is the current order processing time?

Orders are processed within 5 business days. This does not include time in transit. We appreciate your patience while we staff up as quickly as possible to process orders more quickly. 

How long does it take to receive my order once shipped?

We ship orders that have standard shipping with UPS Ground which takes 1-5 business days. All expedited orders ship via UPS 2-day which takes 2 business days. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However if you are unsatisfied please reach out to us and we will do everything in our power to help you find a product you love. 

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To initiate this process please email hello@anove.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the broken or damaged item within 5 days of receiving your order.  More info can be found here: Return, Exchange, Refund Policy
